Former NBA star Delonte West arrested in Florida
Former NBA star Delonte West was reportedly taken into custody on Tuesday night.
Multiple reports say officers found West drunkenly banging on the lobby doors of a police station in Boynton Beach, Florida.
The report states that West, 38, was screaming profanities while holding an open can of Icehouse beer and an open bottle of Mango Vodka.

The retired basketballer has endured a harrowing few years.
He has struggled with bipolar disorder, substance abuse and homelessness for years. West was seen panhandling on the side of a Dallas highway last year.
Mark Cuban, the owner of the Dallas Mavericks, saw West at a gas station days after.
He reportedly took West to a rehabilitation centre in Florida and paid for his treatment.

Who is Caressa Suzette Madden?
Caressa Suzzette Madden is the wife of Delonte West.
Caressa was born in Dallas, Texas, in the United States and is reportedly 32-years-old.
The couple met during the 2011 NBA lockout at a mutual friend’s party.
Shortly after Caressa relocated to West’s house by the Potomac River in Fort Washington.
However, West suffered with financial difficulty.
Delonte reportedly proposed to Caressa with a piece of thread, and there are multiple stories of the couple struggling financially.

Delonte and his wife Caressa Suzette Madden married in 2013.
Shortly after Caressa gave birth to their first child, a son named Cash West.
They are also said to have another son, although his name is not known.

Who are Delonte West’s parents, including his mom Delphina Addison
Delonte West was born on July 26, 1983 in Washington D.C.
He grew up in a life of poverty, and battled with mental health issues from an early age.
His father is Dmitri West. Nothing is known about him.
Delphina Addison is Delonte West’s mother.
After checking into rehab last year following the help of Mark Cuban, the Mavs owner first reached out to West’s mother.
